In a recent decision the Board ruled on the legality of an employer's rule that prohibited employees from using the company's information‐technology (IT) resources to send “nonbusiness information.” In this case, Caesars Entertainment d/b/a Rio All‐Suites Hotel and Casino (28‐CA‐060841; 368 NLRB No. 143), the Board reversed the administrative law judge's conclusion that the employer's rule was unlawful.
