The Tide Is Changing – Initial Thoughts on a Biden Presidency

By the time this edition of Management Report is published, Joseph R. Biden is scheduled to have been sworn in as President of the United States. With a narrowly divided House of Representatives and Senate, it is unclear whether certain initiatives included in his platform – including the PRO Act that is intended to legislatively enhance the organizing ability of unions – will gain a foothold.
