As all of us bid a good riddance to one of the most challenging years in recent history, we all look forward to 2021. At this usual time of personal reflection and goal‐setting, resolutions are often a common topic of discussion. However, resolutions can go beyond individual pursuits. The start of the new calendar year can also be a useful time to assess workplace goals and objectives.
