Company officials with strong antiunion views may feel it is lawful for them to express themselves freely when they are speaking as individuals using their personal Twitter accounts. The National Labor Relations Board has now shown in several cases that such tweets may be unlawful, most recently regarding a tweet sent by Ben Domenech, publisher of The Federalist and co‐founder of FDRLST Media.
