The National Labor Relations Board continues to review the legality of employer personnel policies and to criticize those that do not comply with the Board's strict rules. In a recent case, it found that several policies were unlawful but that it was lawful to terminate an employee for publishing a 25‐minute Facebook video of workplace complaints.
