Treating Union and Nonunion Workers Differently

For the many employers whose workforce is partially unionized and partially not a question that sometimes arises is whether the employer must treat unionized and nonunionized workers the same. Generally, employers are free to treat union and nonunion workforces differently as long as the employer does not have an improper antiunion motive in doing so.
