On the question of what constitutes protected concerted activity under the National Labor Relations Act, the Republican‐majority National Labor Relations Board has again replaced an Obama‐era decision with another that is more employer‐friendly. The issue is where is the line between an employee speaking up about working conditions when it's protected because the employee is speaking on behalf of others with the same or similar concerns and an employee's complaint that isn't protected because it's not on behalf of a group but only an issue for the individual employee.
