While it is anticipated that the newly constituted Trump administration National Labor Relations Board will overturn many precedents of the Obama administration Board, employers are not going to get a “free pass” when it comes to some types of protected conduct. This proposition was illustrated in a recent case involving comments from an electric utility lineman in an online forum called “Linejunk.”
