Recently, the US Chamber of Commerce published its list of prolabor rulings by the Obama National Labor Relations Board that it believes are ripe for overturning by the Board appointed by President Trump. “As the Obama Board's controversial decisions resurface in new cases, it is hoped the new Board will modify or reverse recent precedents,” said the chamber's brief on this topic.
