A federal court has upheld the National Labor Relations Board's decision that two unfair labor practices by the employer justified setting aside the company's election victory. The court's opinion supported the NLRB's determination that the employer, Oberthur, had unlawfully restricted employee communication and failed to follow pre‐election rules about benefits.
