Given how widespread the use of texting has become, it was perhaps inevitable that it would find its way into a controversy before the National Labor Relations Board. A recent case, RHCG Safety Corp , 365 NLRB No. 88 (2017), involved a text between a supervisor and employee in the context of a union election campaign.
