A National Labor Relations Board administrative law judge (ALJ) recently ruled that T‐Mobile violated a 1930s prohibition against company controlled labor organizations when in 2015 it created T‐Voice, a group of company selected employee “representatives.” The ALJ found that T‐Mobile violated what many believe is an antiquated provision in the National Labor Relations Act against company controlled labor organizations and ordered the cell phone service provider to dissolve the group.
