Upon noticing that an employee was wearing a “Fight for $15” button in support of the national drive among fast‐food and other retail workers for a minimum wage of $15 an hour, the manager of an In‐N‐Out Burger told the employee he must remove the button. The manager referred to the company's written rule that stated, “Wearing any type of pin or stickers is not permitted.”
