OUR Walmart, an independent workers' rights organization, is trying to persuade Walmart workers to download a new Android app called WorkIt. The app gives users advice and information on Walmart personnel policies as well as the opportunity to participate in conversations with other Walmart workers who have similar questions or concerns. The advisors on the app explaining the company's policies as well as labor laws are exclusively other current or former Walmart employees.
