Capital Medical Center , 364 NLRB No. 69 (2016), presents an object lesson for nonunion employers as to the disadvantages of unionization. In this case, a unionized acute care hospital, after the union's contract expired, was faced with union members picketing and handbilling at the main lobby entrance of the hospital.
