Many employers wonder if they must sit by and do nothing when employees post highly critical or even vulgar or profane criticisms of management or the company on social media. Unfortunately for employers who would like to prohibit this type of posting, the National Labor Relations Board in a series of recent rulings has held that employees have wide latitude to criticize their employers on social media.
