Recently, the National Labor Relations Board set aside the results of an election in which the company beat the union by an almost three‐to‐one margin. The Board ordered a second election based on its finding that the employer had maintained three overbroad work rules that “could reasonably have affected the outcome of the election” ( Blommer Chocolate Co. of California , 32 RC‐131048 (2016)).
