The National Labor Relations Board has been attacking numerous commonplace management policies in handbooks, but for now at least, it seems most carefully drafted statements expressing management's philosophy on maintaining union‐free status are safe. In a recent case, Custom Food Products , 99‐CA‐144165 (J.D.), Atl. – 13, 15 (2015), the employer published this statement.
