Numerous cases we have reported in recent years have indicated that the National Labor Relations Act protects employees regardless of whether they are represented by a union. Recently, a National Labor Relations Board administrative law judge (ALJ) issued a decision based on a charge filed by a teacher at New York City's exclusive Dalton School that drives this point home yet again.
