A recent court decision stands as yet another reminder to nonunion employers that they are firmly in the sights of today's National Labor Relations Board. Nonunion employers can still run afoul of the National Labor Relations Act's ever‐changing requirements. Also, employees and their advocates are increasingly using the NLRA to pursue claims against employers, even nonunion employers.
