Will the National Labor Relations Board's new quickie election rules withstand judicial review? Management organizations are challenging them in court, and questions of their legality and constitutionality will likely eventually be decided by the Supreme Court. This article looks at seven areas where the new rules interfere with the rights of employers and, in some cases, with employees as well.
