A divided 2–1 National Labor Relations Board panel certified that a Teamsters Local won the right to represent a unit of school bus drivers. The majority rejected the employer's contention that the election results should be set aside and a new election ordered because the union improperly used photographs of eligible voters in campaign literature ( Durham School Services , 360 NLRB No. 108 (2014)).
