Front Cover : Inspired by in vivo melanogenesis, Daewha Hong and co‐workers demonstrate the melanin‐like oxidative polymerization of tyrosine‐based azido derivative (TBAD) initiated by tyrosinase (from mushrooms), leading to the formation of an on‐demand, clickable poly (TBAD) film. These film coatings are suitable alternatives to the conventional mussel‐inspired, catecholamine coatings whose synthesis, purification and storage is cumbersome owing to their uncontrolled oxidation under ambient conditions.
