Front Cover : The development of synthetic molecular machines—entities designed to perform desired tasks in the presence of an energy source—requires integrating switchable elements within larger objects. In that respect, polymers have a key role to play. This Special Issue compiles diverse strategies for the successful incorporation of molecular switches into macromolecular architectures and the emerging properties.
