Back Cover: A high‐throughput combinatorial star polymer library synthesis scheme for rapid biomaterial discovery is described. Utilizing a rapid one‐pot sequential aqueous reversible addition‐fragmentation transfer (rosa‐RAFT) methodology, up to 96 (mikto‐arm) star polymers with defined composition and topologies can be prepared in parallel in microliter volumes in only two successive three‐minute reaction steps, without the requirement for tedious intermediary degassing or purifications.
