Front Cover: Novel electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) biosensors covered with glycopolymer brushes are evaluated for specific protein binding. EIS is capable of detecting binding events at different sub‐nanometer distances from a biosensor surface. With highly multivalent glycopolymer brushes as anti‐fouling, yet specific surface‐covering, the dynamical binding of lectins to the brush layer is studied. Different brush lengths reveal altered protein movement through the layer, which is related to subtle changes of the very high binding affinity. Further details can be found in the article by J. Lazar, H. Park, R. R. Rosencrantz, A. Böker,* L. Elling,* and U. Schnakenberg* on page 1472.
