Front Cover: A facile method is developed for entrapment of proteins into porous poly( D , L ‐lactide‐co‐glycolide) (PLGA) microspheres to achieve sustained delivery of the proteins. The PLGA microspheres with large inner pores and closed surface pores can release proteins without denaturation for a period of over two months. Further information can be found in the article by Dong‐Hyun Paik and Sung‐Wook Choi* on page 1033.
