Back Cover: Poly(2‐oxazoline) (POx) is currently discussed as the upcoming polymer platform for the development of next‐generation polymer therapeutics. In this review, we give an overview on the chemistry and properties of POx and summarize the research on POx‐protein conjugates, POx‐drug conjugates, POx‐based polyplexes and POx micelles for drug delivery. Further details can be found in the article by R. Luxenhofer,* Y. C. Han, A. Schulz, J. Tong, Z. J. He, A. V. Kabanov, and R. Jordan* on page 1613 .
