Back Cover: The image summarizes the synthesis of amphiphilic copolymers and the in vivo test showing its ability to mediate drug transport over the blood brain barrier. In the background a picture of mice on the rotarod is shown in which they have to balance on a rotating cylinder. By measuring the time the drug and polymer/drug treated mice are able to balance on the rod we were able to show that the drugs encapsulated into the polymer are able to cross the BBB as indicated by the sketch at the bottom.
