Cover: The quinoxaline‐thiophene donor‐acceptor copolymer PTHQx was found to be a p ‐channel semiconductor in thin‐film field‐effect transistors. The measured electrical output and transfer characteristics of the thin‐film transistors revealed a high mobility of holes and an on/off current ratio of 6 × 10 5 .
