Front Cover: An image of an optically active poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT * ) film prepared by an electrochemical polymerization method in a chiral nematic liquid crystal field is shown. The chiral nematic liquid crystal used here provides a sequential chiral pattern as a molecular mold during the polymerization, and the polymer grows in the three‐dimensional chiral field to form a one‐handed helical structure. This simple method provides a new technique for preparing chiral conducting films in a thermotropic chiral liquid crystal field. Further details can be found in the Communication by H. Goto and K. Akagi * on page 1482.
