Abstract Summary: Combinatorial libraries of pressure‐sensitive adhesives were prepared and characterized using a spherical probe tester. Force‐displacement profiles generated for each adhesive provided information related to tack, peel, and shear behavior. These data were used to find the best adhesive, which was then used to generate a combinatorial library of varying thickness. These data demonstrate the utility of high‐throughput screening in pressure‐sensitive‐adhesive development.Adhesive daughter plate arranged in 48‐spot array.
