In this paper we study F ‐crystals with self‐dual structure over base schemes of characteristic p . We generalize Katz's Newton‐Hodge Filtration Theorem to F ‐crystals with self‐dual structure. © 2011 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim
