The aim of this paper is to deduce oscillatory and asymptotic behaviour of delay differential equation L n u ( t ) – P ( t ) u(τ ( t ))= 0 from the oscillation of a set of the first order delay differential equations with larger deviating argument of the form y′ ( t ) + q i ( t ) y(w( t )) = 0.
