Smooth points of the unit sphere of O RLICZ spaces equipped with L UXEMBURG norm are characterized for a non‐atomic measure as well as for the counting measure. As a corollary, a criterion of smoothness of O RLICZ spaces with L UXEMBURG norm is obtained.
