We shall be concerned in this paper with mathematical programming problem of the form: Φ 0 ( f ) → min subject to Φ i ( f ) ≦ 0, i = 1, 2, …, r ; f where Φ i ( f ), i = 0, 1, …, r are regularly locally convex functions is a family of complex functions that possesses an integral representation. For this problem a necessary condition for a local minimum is given.
