Relationships between sequential convergences and topologies, pretopologies and pseudotopologies are investigated. A study of appropriate GALOIS connections and of fundamental properties of elementary filters constitutes a base for those investigations. Characterizations of pseudotopological, pretopological and topological inducibility are provided, in particular the theorem of Kantorovich/Vulih/Pinsker, Kisyński and Dolcher is recovered.
