Back Cover : Hollow microcapsules with κ‐casein amyloids are successfully fabricated. κ‐Casein extracted from bovine milk is assembled into nanofibrils and further utilized in the layer‐by‐layer deposition of the multilayer thin films on flat substrate and sacrificial microparticles. Strong electrostatic interactions enable the production of mechanically stable, hollow microcapsules. This research may help to identify future drug delivery systems with naturally occurring proteins. Further details can be found in article number 1700382 by Bongjun Yeom, Kookheon Char, and co‐workers.
