Front Cover : A small amount of a fluorescence probe, coumarin 153, is dispersed into polymer matrices. Rotational dynamics of the probe characterized by time‐resolved fluorescence anisotropy is associated with the segmental dynamics of chains in the matrices in the time range from a few nanoseconds to hundreds of nanoseconds. Further details can be found in article number 1700329 by Keiji Tanaka and co‐workers.
