Front Cover : A novel approach is proposed for emulsion polymerization of styrene through synergistic effects with photoinitiator, initiated under visible light conditions. This approach is based on amphiphilic tertiary amine N‐oxides (AO‐1805); sequential photodecomposition of the photoinitators leads to their simultaneous actiona as both surfactant and mediator. It is found that the N ‐oxide functional group plays an important role in photoinitiation and influences the overall polymerization rate. Further details can be found in the article by K. Shen, Y.
