Front Cover : The relative chain orientation of amylose and polylactide in inclusion complexes is made clear, through phosphorylase‐catalyzed enzymatic polymerization using maltoheptaose functionalized polylactides as primer–guest conjugates according to vine‐twining polymerization. The cavity of amylose includes poly( l ‐lactide) but not poly( d ‐lactide), regardless of the chain orientation of polylactide on the polymerization system.
