Front Cover: Wheat gluten and the silica precursor tetraethoxylane are successfully assembled by a soft chemistry approach for the preparation of new hybrid materials. The acid‐catalyzed in situ polymerization of silica in the presence of wheat gluten generates an interpenetrating 3D network with unprecedented physicochemical properties of the final materials.
