Cover: The unique crystallosolvate consisting of large spherulite of PLLA was exclusively generated in powder form. It was revealed that the crystallosolvate consisted of PLLA crystal lamellars having the highly ordered crystal structure (α‐form) and that DE was involved in the amorphous domains sandwiched between the PLLA crystal lamellars.
