Cover: The cover shows the synthesis of gold nanoparticles generated on spherical polyelectrolyte brushes. Immersed in water these polyelectrolyte chains can be used to enrich [AuCl 4 ] − ions, which can be reduced to gold nanoparticles of approximately 1 nm diameter. Studies by cryogenic transmission electron microscopy, together with WAXS and HR‐TEM show an amorphous morphology for these Au‐NP. Further details can be found in the Full Paper by M. Schrinner, F.
