Cover: Isoconversional kinetic analysis is applied to a stoichiometric system (E:A = 2:1) and a system with excess of amine (E:A = 1:2). The activation energy is ca. 50 kJ · mol −1 at E:A = 1:2, and increases to ca. 100 kJ · mol −1 at E:A = 2:1. The increase suggests that the two NH 2 groups differ significantly in reactivity due to their different positions with respect to NO 2 . Further details can be found in the Full Paper by Y.
