Cover: Development of stress‐corrosion cracking with time is presented by sequences of four images. Development of strain on the surface of the specimen can be effectively evaluated and presented by digital image correlation analysis (DIC). The level of intensity of strain in horizontal direction is presented by blue‐green‐yellow‐red‐white (increasing scale) colours. This analysis can be further used for detection of cracks and for quantitative evaluation of crack lengths and crack opening displacements. More detailed information can be found in: J. Kovač, T. J.
