This paper discusses the reliability of the E.I.S. technique for the evaluation of the corrosion rate of iron in 1 N H 2 SO 4 in the presence of different organic inhibitors. Besides the B value from Tafel slopes, the effect of low amplitude, low frequency potential perturbations is presented, too.
