Front Cover : In this artwork, a novel method for inducing multicellular spheroids (MCSs) formation is proposed based on hydrogel with tunable microenvironmental properties (the lower half of the cover design). The synergism of chemotherapeutic drugs (the bubbles around the MCSs) and noninvasive photothermal therapy based on graphene device (the upper half of the cover design) is furtherly verified in our MCSs model. This is reported by Ting‐ting Yu, Ke Hu, and co‐workers in article number 2100498.
