Front Cover : Carboxylated polyrotaxanes interact with scavenger receptor class A and selectively uptake into macrophages. Additionally, the supramolecular structure of the polyrotaxanes significantly affects uptake efficiency in macrophages. This study would provide important insights in the therapeutic applications of polyrotaxanes.
