Front Cover : A reducible branched polyethylenimine (rBPEI)‐based nanoparticle (NP) system is introduced as a siRNA carrier to corneal neovascularization therapy. The rBPEI‐NPs are efficiently degraded into LMW BPEI inside the cytosol to facilitate a release of siRNA targeting NFkB. Eventually, a significant anti‐angiogensis effect without noticeable toxicity is shown.
